What differentiates BL Transcription?
Unlike lower accuracy automated solutions, we use real human transcribers to convert complex multi-speaker audio into text with 98% accuracy. While our standard turnaround time is one or two business days, many of our customers are delighted when they receive their completed transcripts within one business day!

What about confidentiality?
BL Transcription provides best-in-class security and confidentiality. Our process of segmenting audio ensures confidentiality by preventing any one transcriber from having full access to all your recordings. We ensure the utmost confidentiality by using password protected files and non-disclosure agreements when, and if, the client requires.

What are the different ways I can submit my audio for transcription?
We will work with you to transfer your digital files in any way that is most convenient for you!

What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 0-2 business days (9am-5pm EST timezone) for high quality audio files. For files over 120 minutes we ask for 3 business days.

If, however, you submit low quality audio our turnaround times may be extended. Turnaround times are an indication for best delivery, however actual delivery varies based on input audio quality and availability of transcribers with matching skills to do the transcription work with high accuracy.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept most digital audio formats. These include: wav, mp3, mp4, ogg, aiff, aif, m4a, mov, wma, avi, flv, 3gp, 3gpp, 3ga, amr, caf, m4v. As a rule of thumb, if you can play an audio file on your computer, we should be able to transcribe it.
